standard 2.7 power figures?

hi all
i wana do a m30 conversion on me car but at mo cant as im skint and i can get hold of a 2.7 crank and rods.just wana know what ill expect torque and power wise without spending too much (maybe cam a mild cam at worst)
just want some realistic figures and not no big claims

195 bhp and about 200 lb.ft to be realistic. Thats after a proper remap.

If you get above figures it will make one hell of a fast car.

You should achieve that with a standard cam yes.
