The horn on my '89 Tourer keeps blowing it's fuse.
Any ideas anyone?

No common fault that I know of, but I have seen cases where the loom has been damaged by impact at the front where it goes down behind the front panel. Gets crushed between the front of the flat horizontal panel under the headlamps and the front panel.
Try pulling the plug on each of the horns in turn to eliminate them as a cause, but I've never come across a short circuited horn.
