hi my m-tec2 318i auto is lowered 40mm all round this has caused the rear wheels to toe in at the top so my tyres are wearing out on the inside. how do i stop this isnt there an adjustable thingy that sorts this problem if so wot is it where can i get it and how much? cheers all

You have to change the trailing arm bushes for eccentric ones. Both genuine BMW and aftermarket ones are available.

ahh right r they easy to fit and are they actually for an e30 or are they off sumthin else also how much???

They are for the E30, yes. Look them up in the online ETK.
No experience of using them, but they are no harder to fit than ordinary trailing arm bushes, other than they have to be inserted the correct way to get the desired effect.
You need to measure your rear suspension geometry as it is now to work out how much to change it.
