how do all,
i want to buy a full set of polybushes for my 318is i would like every bush replaced but to be honest i'm not really sure which bits are called what i.e. trailing arms etc. and how many off i need to buy can anyone help as i'd like to buy them tonight through the zone shop so i can get them as soon as poss.

it's also been mentioned to me that an E36 M3 diff mount will help too, is this right? and are thee any other wee little bushes hiding? and finally where could i get these bits from i assume the zoneshop doesn't sell them.

Rear diff mount from BMW dealer is from a Z3 M roadster. Part number is 33172228425.

You want the rear trailing arm bushes (box of four) and rear subframe bushes (box of 2) also if you want to powerflex the front then you will need to use the front control arm bushes.

Best bet is to ring the zone shop, they will supply everything although I'm sure you'll have to go to the dealer for the diff bush. If you want to transform the handling for reasonable money then don't overlook the H&R anti roll bars from the zone shop too.
