Can anybody help me, the coolant light on will not switch of. I thought it was the sensor, brought a sensor form the dealers, but it still comes.

Before you start i have checked the water level and its fine.

It is literally driving me nuts.

HELP ME!

check the wiring for damage dude, it can chafe and short out, this would put the light on.

could possibly be a problem with the check control module but they are reliable and its rare to be the cause

my coolant is always on as well, closed the circuit (paper clip into the sensor connection) still on, did the same as you and bought a new sensor away but again no joy
I just check the level once a week or so and try to forget about as my electrical skills are zero
