What would you guys ( and girls ) recomend is the best oil for my 325i
I give the engine a lot of abuse and its done high miles,
Is there a good oil for her
and oil i need to stay clear of?

i have used Duckhams Q 10/40 semisynth for years on most of my cars
and never had any probs at all
