Advice on a few bits

Quick questions from a newbie:

320i Convertible 1990:

I have a couple of dash bulbs out. Is there a kit I can buy to replace all of the bulbs? Where can I get the bulbs from?

Also, my brake lights seem to work for the first few minutes of driving and then the warning light comes on the check panel and then are no longer functioning (bourne out by people honking behind!) until the next time I start up. I have assumed this to be the brake light switch and bought a replacement. Is this likely to be the cause?

Can anyone recommend a hood replacement place?

Finally, any recommendation for a leather trimmer to replace the drivers side bolster?

BMW for all the parts, try the brake switch see if that fixes it.
