Will E32 comfort seats fit my E30 touring

Hi Guys,
I can never afford the E30 leather interiors on ebay, subsequently I am currently watching a set of E32 black leather comfort seats at a bargain price. Now I don't really expect the rears to fit without extensive modification/trimming. However I wonder if the (electric) front seats would fit, or are they too wide? Can I just transfer the seat bottom housing from my std E30 seats to the E32's?

Well, I have just won them at Ԛ£40! Full Black Leather Comfort seats electric fronts with armrests, may cause difficulties, excellent condition though and less than 30 miles away! Result
Let's hope I can at least get the fronts in without too much bother.....

the electric ones are too wide.

i measured the ones in my 740 donor as they are super comfy and i thought about putting them in my touring but they are a good bit wide and wont fit

Aw No! Oh well if there is absolutley no way they are going to fit, I guess I shall just have to go through the hassle of re-listing them...... What a shame
Just out of interest is it the seat itself, or the subframe that is too wide?

They are too wide and the subframe and fixings are completely different. I have both comfort and recaro touring black leather interiors for sale at a reasonable price, when the rarity is taken into account. See the for sale thread.

i couldn't even give away my E32 leather, heated, memory, electric, comfort seats/sofas from my donor E32!!! they got squished with the rest of the car!

they will fit a E34 though i believe....
