Inlet manifold gasket is only a nuts and bolts job. Nothing difficult.
Renew the rubber O rings top and bottom on the oil drain tube, and tie the spring down with something like fishing line when you refit the tube.
1/4" socket set is usefull to get at some of the nuts.

Still change them again, they're only pence to buy.
This is looking like deja vu. An engine I fitted in one of my cars was fitted with a brand new cylinder head (engine came from a right off, crashed 2 weeks after the work!), and fifteen months later this front gasket failed.
The front nut is partly hidden behind the water elbow, and when I dismantled it the front nut was nowhere to be seen, in spite of all the others being nylocks. Same muppet who fitted the head also left one of the water pump bolts loose, as I found out six months later again!!!
