Does anyone know where I can get some custom wiring made up?

I want to join a BMW Nokia 6310 Phone holder from an E46 330Ci (Part Number 84 21 6 930 108) to the Alpine CXA-B200NK black box (which is also a Nokia 6310 kit). In other words, I want to change the Alpine Phone holder for a the E46 330Ci BMW item (probably used in other BMs also.

The result must have an OEM feel to it, preferably having the Alpine connector at one end, a BMW connector at the other without a load of clamped joiners in the middle. The existing Alpine cradle has 2 exist, one for the external aerial, the other for the rest of the phone contacts.

An acceptable alternative could be to have a a multi connector block between the two halves, in which case I will need the cable that joins to the BMW phone cradle with its connector in place. Can anyone help?
