Stock springs come color coded, does anyone knows what color correspond to what type of spring? I did a vin check and it says my car came with M Sport Suspension, the colors are green on the front springs and red on the rear, is this indeed different from regular springs?

A set of Mtech springs (rear) i had of a 318is had pink paint on them........as seen in pic
