best front surspension set up?

hello ppl, just bought a new e30, and the fronts been lowered with just springs, the backs got a spring and shock kit on it and is very good, grips like a good un, the front wonders badly at speed and it feels rattley, it also pulls to the right, ive had the tracking done but its still bad, the tyres r badly worn, so i want to replace the whole front end set up, shocks, springs, ball joints, M3 bushers, tyres etc, and would like to know what u guys think is best, does anyone think the steering rack could be dogey? thanks Rtone.
