My electric windows intermittantly don't work with ignition off and door open - as they should.
Guess this is door contact switch problem?
Any other clues gratefully received, thanks.

Usually door switches. Take them out, clean them and trim away a sliver of black plastic that just stops the contacts from making. Lubricate with silicon grease and replace.toby wrote:My electric windows intermittantly don't work with ignition off and door open - as they should.

Don't let the wires spring back through the hole when the switches are out.
