Well I've read the on going debate about whether these wheels are any good, and from what I can see the only real problem is the vibrations caused by using plastic spigots.

I have vibrations at around 80mph which seems to be the norm, but after changing the rear right tyre the other day due to a puncture, I was suprised to find no spigots at all!!

Is this normal??

Depends, Some wheels are direct fit, in that the centre bore of the wheel is the correct size for the vehicle its going on to. E30's are 57.1 iirc.

Does it fit snugly onto the face of the hub with no movement?

Yes mate, it's a good fit. I haven't checked the fronts yet, I was gonna try changing all wheels for 15" originals to see if it made the vibrations go away.
