whats the quickest way of telling an lsd from a normal diff?

by far the easiest way is do a doughnut,if it spins tight without the front end moving,lsd.also leaves 2 black lines not 1.But the safest way is to jack the whol rear end up.Spin one wheel,if the other turns in the same direction = lsd,if it goes opposite,not lsd.

i think if you find the tag it should have a S on it.Its a metal tag bolted through one of the cover holes.
