e30 325i convertible staring problem

can any one help me my 325i convertible starts first time in the morring leave it for ten mins an i won't start till th 3rd go i've done the plugs disy cap an rotor arm

Guessing you mean starting, rather than staring 
I think you need to see if it is too rich - the only difference after the first start will be the fuel system pressurisation, so when you know it will be difficult, try opening the throttle when you start it. Be prepared to back off quickly!
If it is rich you may want to check the fuel pressure and/or have the injectors tested/cleaned.
