Will it work to put the bigger valves and stuff from the 325 head on to a 320 head?

only if your doing a 27 conversion
and the head will need a fair bit of work

i am planning a 2.7 conversion which is why I asked. So if I were to put the bigger valves and stuff on the 320 head what kind of power increase should I expect?
