Sorry to go on. Took the advice from last night re my obc. :D
Today I have run continuity test on all wireing within the harness all was ok.
I have power to the lamp at the rear of the OBC, and even with the holder lamps broken, I replaced them by soldering in almost the same size lamps. BMW are asking Ԛ£20 just for that small thing. :-x

My question is "can I test the OBC on its own" away from the car or have I got a duff'en :?
