Are all the manual props the same length/ ie: inmterchangable from 4 pot to 6 pot?

No, but I belive all the rear halfs are the same length.
Im pretty sure there are 3 maybe 4 different lengths of the front half

The problem with swapping the front half of the prop, is each prop is balanced.
If you make one prop out of two, you would need to get it balanced or it could cause bad vibrations as it turns.
4pot props are longer than 6pot props because of the different length gearboxes. 320i props are longer than 325i props.
