What is the routing, and where are the bits physically located in the engine bay? I did an engine swap in the race car and the oil pressure light didn't work afterwards, I didn't have time to sort it as it was last minute before a meeting. Would like to get it sorted before the next one.
Edit - 320i M20 facelift
Cheers
Brian

Switch is about 1/4 of the way back the engine on the right hand side, just above the sump join.
Wiring goes around the front of the engine close to the water pump pulley and then into the engine loom under the inlet manifold. Connects to pin 5 of the C101 engine loom plug.
Earthing the wire at any point should turn the light on.
