i recently got my first E30. Its a 325 in good condition with around 190kkm on clock. The car goes well, has a clean engine, it doesnt burn much oil (so far around 1 litre / 10kkm estimated
) etc.A few days ago it started to act funny tho. It works fine when cold and after its warmed up. But if i turn it off warm, wait for 10, 20 minutes and start it again it doesnt run on all 6 cilinders, it responds on gas pedal very bad and sometimes it dies and it doesnt have any power so i cant even drive. There is a strong smell of unburnt fuel.
If i floor it if somehow wakes up, and after a few more agressive kilometers its all back to normal.
Well almost, now i started to listen to engine when driving normaly and there is a slight misfire now and then and i noticed a few really mild "bangs" from exhaust and some smell of unburnt fuel.
Anyone has an idea what could be wrong or what should i check first.
I took out spark plugs and they look dry, light gray in color. They are only a few months old and the car drove only 1500km with them.
