fitted a new front wing today which actually went suprisingly well!

only thing is it is slightly out of line at the top. i didnt do any of the bolts up at first, lined it in place but were the wing meets the door/window it is slightly out; if you down the passengers side from the back of the car you can see it needs to be pushed in more?

an iv tried pusing it in and doing the bolts up also

any tips/advice for this?

it sounds like the old sealent might need scraping off so you have more movement

Is it a new wing?

If is second hand it might be slightl bent with age on the previous car.

Cars must bend a few mm over 15 years right? and if your car has bent a few mm the other way to what the car that the wing came from then you will never get a perfect panel gap.

Or am i just making things up?

well, its in further now after i removed the sealant (thank you) but now iv realised it needs to go towards the door more; but i have to undo all the bolts for this so will do it when i have more time/less beer in me
