Looking at fitting new top mounts when i get my suspension changed.. What are they like from GSF or Eurocarparts? Or is it summat you should get from BMW?
Which are the rear ones you can run as an upgrade? the e46 convertable ones or summat?

The Euro, GSF ones are ok.
The rear upgrade is the top shock mounts, which I think you are right in saying are E46 Cab. I wonder what the M-Coupe uses

Its not a hudge upgrade, they are just stronger and less likely to break, you probably would not notice any difference in stiffnes.
From the Dealer E30 were arond Ԛ£8 each e46 were Ԛ£12 so worth it. ECP/EURO may not really be any cheaper.

You can get "proper" upgrade top mounts from
www.turnermotorsports.com
There based in Massachusetts but delivery shouldn't be a problem
They've got several options for front and rear.
One of the options comes with life time waranty and there's a more race orientated version with replacable bushes.
Not cheap tho
Regal motorsports don't list the K-Mac camber correction front mounts for the E30
