Hello folks, whats the tuning potential of the 1.8 and 1.9 4 cylider engines ie: are there cams you can fit and what sort of head work can be done also what sort of pwer can you expect out of them and what are they safe to....................

Not worth tuning the 1.8 mate - just do an engine transplant to one of the decent engines. There are plenty of guides on here
