M52 Engine Problems

I have just had delivered a written off e36 328i ready for my new project,it chucked it down for 2 days and could'nt get near it,when i did i popped the bonnet and found the inlet manifold completely disconnected,anyway i bolted it all up and plugged everything in where i think they should plug in but cannot get the damn thing to fire,I have a nice healthy spark and fuel is being pumped up to the rail,so i am suspecting no power feed to the injectors.Does anybody have info for the colours and plug designations on the engine loom?Or how to test for power to the injectors,the lad i bought it from said he had to buy a new coded ignition key for the car,could this be the problem?Any thoughts gratefully received.
