Opening rear windows trouble

So I went to fit rear opening windows to the 318is tonight but ended fcuking up both window.

Basically by being stupid and trying to rush I sheared the bottom bolt off the drivers side one and snapped the bottom hinge on the passanger side one.

Is there anyway to fix these / replace the hinge mechanisms or have I just buggered two perfectly good windows?

I'd have to say that yes, you've buggered them. The time it would take to fix probably outweighs the ease of finding new ones....
