Hi guys, need a bit of advice,
What sort of time and money is involved in swapping from a auto gear box to manual gear box, on a 325i motor sport ??

Thanks for your time

Best done by buying an accident damaged or terminally rusty donor car. That way you get all the odds and ends that you need for the job, as well as all the big bits.
So cost of the job, assuming you do it yourself, is the cost of the donor, less any spare bits you manage to sell, plus possibly the cost of a new clutch and a few oil seals.
Timewise, a lot of the work is underneath the car, exhaust and propshaft have to come off, and diff needs to be changed to do the job properly, so the use of a ramp is desirable. With decent facilities you should be able to do it in a couple of days.
