hi: guys

i've just spent my evening trying to start my touring but it wont

i've swapped my leads, distributor, rotor arm and i cleaned the crank sensor ! still it wont fire up

theres plenty of petrol in tank and the idle control valve hums when ignition is on so its ok

i checked plugs for spark but its not sparking

only thing now i can think of is ecu or crank sensor

i disconnected the ecu and reset it still theres no spark and i gave the crank sensor a good clean using wd40 still nothing

pls help!

It does sound like the crank position sensor.

I got one from eurocarprats for £40, it's a genuine Hella part too.

Cheers,

Do you use the car regularly or has it sat around for a bit?
