HELP Release bearing

Hi, Just got a new one from BMW and the front part of the bearing that goes against the clutch is lose and wobbles about is this ment to do this?

Just checked my LUK clutch kit and the bearing is a little stiff to turn and is not wobbly in any way.
Sounds like a duff bearing mate

Hi mate, i work at a BM dealership, and trust me, they're all like it. Everyone at work thought that at first when we came to fit one but thats how they are! It must be a new design.

They are even made of plastic these days. I don't know if the original is though.
