Hello you lot,

Gonna order myself a set of powerflex bushes for the car and was wondering is there any problems when fitting the eccentric control arm bushes to an non M3? Or should i order the fixed type?

Cheers.

Jam.

Shouldn't be any problems, although the tracking will need checking/resetting, as it will after any front suspension work.

Whats the advantage of the offset front bushes? It's not as if camber is an issue on the fronts.. just wondering what it changes.

it also shortens the wheelbase a bit.

Nope, it makes the wheel base longer.

durr...

what my brain was thinking and what my fingers were typing were two seperate things for a minute!!! :D

positive castor (moving the bottom of the strut forward) = heavier steering but with better turn-in. also more self centering.
