The 325i throttle disc size is about 65mm. The throttle body itself is about 2 or 3mm thick so I don't see how you can get a bigger disc in. The engines Alpina built for the South African 325iS Evo supposedly used a 3.5 E34 throttle disc but they might have used the complete throttle body instead - I'll go and measure one tomorrow.

First i dont have a bbtb, but i dont understand why you are not feeling the difference, coz if you ask anyone on here, that has one they swear blind that they feel the diff. maybe bexley m works did not do a good job on it (not having a pok at them they are vry close pals of mine) you should go back and speak to them, an see wht they can do, maybe they mixed them up and put the old one back on by accident

I modified mine by getting a throttle butterfly from an e32 3.5 and got a machine shop to machine the body out to fit. They also tapered it as close to the factory angle as they could. I did feel a difference. Forgot to measure the butterfly before i put it in so i cant tell you guys how big it was. After they had done it it looked like you couldnt machine it out much more, it was pretty thin.
