why is my oil leaking from this (on picture) or above that, is there any gasket above that or what ??

It's your throttle position sensor.

If there's enough oil in it to be leaking out, you'd better take it off and give it a clean.

It eventualy fills with oil that runs down from the throttle body and then buggers the contacts in the switch, not a lot you can do to stop the oil but you can drill a small hole (1mm) through the bottom to stop it filling up.
There is NO nucleus.

is this easy to take off ? do i need to remove throttle body or inlet manifold or both ? i can see 2 scews that hold that throttle position sensor is that all that hold's it. is there anything to look after ?

PS: why is my inlet so oily from the inside and the rubber hose that goes to the filter housing?
