Hella or Bosch?

Hello boys n girls, need a little help. Just got given a 318, full car MOT failer, I can nick loads of bits off it and I am planning on doing a DIY smoked headlight conversion, thing is mine has Hella lights and the doner has Bosch. Which is better and easier to do the conversion on? I always thought Hella were best but times have changed!

My smoked lights which are not DIY are Hella and are pretty dam good, but the bosch are also very good, for light distance i think the bosch shine further IMO
