Got some noises going on..Bearings? not sure on the BMW setup but had this in the Taxi and it was bearings...lil whining and quiet when engaged.

If its a new clutch kit should i take advantage and uprate it? as im FI now

If so any suggestions which wont hurt the bank or just stick to the standard

Depends how FI'd you are, but standard 325 clutch is fairly generously rated.
