Seat swapping?

states that a drivers seat can become a passengers and vice versa. Does anyone know if this can be done?
If it can, replacing my (extremely shabby) drivers seat will be a lot easier!

First of all that seat isn't that good - there's clearly a small rip on the seat back lower left.
The seat backs are a straight swap over except for the slightly different handle arrangements on the side, and the seat belt clip can be changed from side to side as stated.
The seat adjuster mechanisms for both passenger and driver's seats are assembled from identical components, and can all be swapped over with a bit of work. Or, remove the fabric from the seat bases and swap it over.

I wasn't actually interested in that particular seat as it doesn't match the rest of my interior (light grey fabric seats with dark blue door cards) - I was just citing the auction as a source.
I forgot about the adjuster mechanisms - that's going to make it a bit more fiddly; but I'm glad to hear that it can be done.
