Has anybody fitted a centre armrest to e30 2 door and what type was it? e36?

There are E30 specific centre armrests available from Bavauto.com. They include a cup holder and are attached either side of the transmission tunnel.

I don't know of anyone who has done this.

Although, I helped a mate fit an e36 one to his e36, which didn't have one from the factory. It looks quite complicated. You need the ashtray piece, and rear section of the centre console of an armrest equipped e36, and I doubt very much that this will fit an e30????

You can still buy e30 ones from the dealership.

I think the rear section of the centre console of an armrest equipped e36 Compact or Z3 could fit.
