i can work out how to get the ones off the doors but how do you get them off the back quater panel and the frontwing??

Just leverage I'm afraid - there are no threaded fasteners.

Are there not bolts in the panel behind the rear door card for removing them???

yes there are bolts in the rear ones and some wierd clips aswell, the front wing one is just clipped on though

on my car the strip on the front wing has a screw in the wheel well on the back side of the strip
1987 2.7l e30 m20b27 supercharging
1991 3.5l e30 m30b35 it is dead so sad
1985 3.5l e23 m30b35
