rear headrests

trying to remove headrests is there a right way to get them out ?i want to remove mine to give the interior a good clean but i cant get them out ?? thanks in advance

They're just very difficult to remove!

If you're giving it a good clean, take the rear seats out. Will make both jobs much easier.

Lift the headrests up as far as you can.

Then give them a good belt with your fist and they happily pop out !!!!

remember to fold them forwards or they wont clear the screen
