e30 325i coupe rear beam bushes

help! my rear beam bushes are shot can any body tell me the easiest way to replace them as i havent got a repair manual is it fairly easy or am i facing a nightmare any advice would be greatly appreciated as the old girls pretty soggy thanks

Take it to a garage if you dont have much experience-think garage prices are around £125 labour plus parts!

I did my own but most guys on here opt for the garage i way i think!
