Just bought some Hella (smoked lamps).

I know majority of front light clusters were Bosch.

Did Hella make front clusters for E30 as standard. Possibly on early chrome?.

I bought the same ones as ben.

Yup, hellas certainly came as standard on some cars... I'd guess the same as you on them being the chromies. They're all interchangable though, just slightly different wiring between projector & non-projector :thumb:
E30 in need of wiring loom smoke since April '11...

Yea, my tech 1 sport has hellas (not smoked) as standard.
