side lights faulty and instrument lights gone off?

went to pick a mate up the other day put some stuff in the boot moved my seat forward a bit started her up and wen switching my lights on found i had no dash lights?? next day looked 2 c if it was a fuse but it was'nt? says in bentley manual that its fuse 23? well there is'nt even a fuse in there and it worked b4? and also my drivers side rear tail light and drivers side side light is not working? my speedo's never worked since i done my 25 conversion but thats anouther story please help!!

i know fuse 22 is the side lights for the passenger side so 23 maybe the other side ? i have had a similar problem please let me know how you get on as my side lights have just been fixed but my dash light arent comming on ?

RH sidelights, front and back, number plate lights and instrument lights should all be on fuse 23.
Fuses 22 and 23 should both be live all of the time, and a grey/green wire should go from 23 to pin 7 of the lihts switch. Comes out of the switch on pin 6, (grey/white), for the sidelights, and on pin 1, (grey/red) for the instrument lights.

cheers for that mate my hazzard warning switch is lighting up etc but not the dials in the dash board i turned the light switch but only the hard warning button etc brightened and darkend etc ?

i took it to my local elecy man and he found a corroded wire at the back of the fuse box!! but the instrument panel lights stil do not work DOH!!

nor mine check fuse 10 and 23 ? i have checked mine think maybe the circut thing with the bulbs etc is away ?

mine has never had a fuse in no.23? it only has 1 spade visable!!
