Go under the box into the footwell, and you will find 3 bolts holding it in place. Undo these. It will then have enough movement to get your hand inside to undo the clips holding the straps, and then the screws that hold the lock/handel in place.

Unscrew at the hinge (on the bulkhead under the glovebox), then you should be able to pull it down enough to unscrew the catch from the dash. It'd still be locked though, so you'd need to get another lock & ideally rebuild it to fit your key.

If you don't have a key to fit, how did it get locked? If the key slot is horizontal it's not locked.
It's quite common for one of the catches that hold the glove box closed to break. Happened to me not long ago.
Undo the hinge as described above. That should drop the box enough to unscrew two cross head screws that old up the front of the metal plate that the catch engages with. You should be able then, to pull the front down enough to release the two little catches that hold it up with a small screwdriver.
If it's the original lock, you can get a key from the dealer.
