Brake pedal height on a RH drive car is done by adjusting the pull rod that goes across the car behind the heater.
It has a normal thread at the pedal end and a reverse thread at the servo end. All have a 17mm locknut at the RH end, and some have a locknut at the LH end as well.
The pedal must be adjusted so that it is being pushed up to, but not actually touching the stop by the brakelight switch.
Release the locknut(s) and adjust the rod with a 8(?) mm open end spanner on two flats near the RH end of the rod.
