First question (total newbie question), what is the proper way to get the centre caps off of the BBS's? Are they clipped on and locked in place by the centre cap?
Secondly, the rear centre cap is pretty loose, and appears to be the source of a rattle from the rear drivers side. Any ideas on how to stop it rattling around?

Twist them anti-clockwise a few degrees & then pull them off.
Have a look at the rattly one when it's off. They are a three piece part - the outer ring, with the hex shape sitting outside it and a black spigot on the other side. They can come loose and need re-assembling.
