If youve got the beam off there should be plenty of room

Put the nut back on the end of the drift pin to protect the thread and bang it up through the chassie with a hammer, lift the back seat to allow the pins to rise up.
Then bang the sleeve back and forth to loosen it, not too far or you'll damage the hole it sits in.
It's normally just rust holding it in.

Better than a hammer though
Why couldnt they just grease them up before fitting in the first place

ahhhhhh, right the best way to get the bolts out is to is to have the frame back up, and give them a GOOD clatter with a hammer as described above,
to get the rubber, and the center ally bit out i found just attacking the whole rubber bush with a drill from underneeth worked quite good
(ish)

Just removed a rear beam tonight before I came in.
Didn't want to come off, but twenty minutes with a blowlamp, a four foot pry bar and a four pound lump hammer it all surrendered.
