rear head rest conversion

just wondering, what bits do i need??

i have a beige rear bench with a rear headrests,,

but my black rear bench without,, could itake out the mechanisms from here??

would i be able to take out the mechanisms from the passenger and drivers seats??

The front and rear mechanisms are completely different, if you remove your rear bench with the headrests already in it and look at the rear of it, you will see just how simple it is.
