I am replacing the centre section on my 1987 e30 m3 and I am undecided as which direction to take.My options are as follows.
1.Get a Miltek middle and backbox.
2.Get a supersprint middle and try and attach it to my standard BMW backbox. Will this work?.
3.Get a Supersprint middle and backbox.
4.Can anybody recommend any other system.
I dont want a ridiculously loud system but would like a nice tone.
Can anyone recommend which direction to take.
Thanks.

I would go for the Milltek. I had one on my M3 and it sounded nice without being too loud. Car seemed rev more freely too.
You can mate the SS middle box with the OE back box.

I have a Milltek on the M3. It fits exactly what your looking for.
The noise is not overly loud and makes a very nice tone. Sounds superb at high rpms.
Very well made and fits perfectly.
The Milltek is also more of a performance exhaust aswell being a single pipe design (still has twin tail pipes). I certainly noticed an improvment accross the rev band over the standard system.
I can do you a very very good deal on a system.
