How do you remove the front and rear valance frm a 1990 316i

Hey Zone, How do you remove the front and rear valance from a 1990 4 door 316i? as im going to fit m-tech bumpers. Thanx guys

To remove the front valance you have to remove the bumper with the Torx bolts, then unbolt the valance at all the relevant places from the chassis rails and the wings.

The rear one is welded on so it's an angle grinder job.
