hello people! my 325i touring is gettin harder start from cold, ive tried new leads, cap and arm, also the thermaltime, sensor thing or what ever they are called, the blue sensor on the thermostate housing, someones said try a new airflow meter, has anyone else had this problem, and did this cure it? my car has done 230k so i guess it deserves to be wornout.

When it does start is it lumpy? And then when warm is it slightly hesitant? If so then it is usually the auto choke/cold start valve.

yes its a bit lumpy, and then keeps missin a beat sometimes when its warmed up, after a long drive its normally fine, and then other times it feels really fast and smooth as if it running perfect! what parts do u have to change, if it is that! cheers rtone
