Go for it. Made a worthy improvement to the 320i I had. When I sold it, someone came round in a 320i from the same year, and when he test drove my car, he was amazed at how much quicker it was - his had some fancy induction kit on it too!

wiked, the cars pretty quik as it is, it does my m8s 320 but i tweaked the head a bit while it was off but from what i can see the 325 parts go straight on with a little bit of modification so its a cheap way of gettin a bit more power! But im gona leave the chip till last i think i take the chip is worth the money and also did your fuel consumption rise?

Slightly better mpg.... certainly no worse. Make sure you get the correct bellows to fit your Idle Control Valve. Search the forums if your unsure. I swapped mine for the L shaped version.

I think I got my replacement bellows from GSF, so you should be ok with that one. I got a new gasket from the stealers. The replacement TB I used only had one port for the brake servo, where as my 320i had two hoses. I drilled out the secondary hole, and sealed the hose connector with silicone sealer. Worked a treat. :D

I know a lot of people don't rate boost valves, but after I did the throttle body conversion and put the car on a rolling road they tweaked it to match the increased air flow and now it runs even better, with a vast improvement to mpg and no emissions MOT failures. Do your valve clearances as well if they haven't been done recently.
